Fred
Milstein, Vice President of I.J. Morris, Inc. has been professionally
dedicated to Jewish life for forty-four years. Participating in
the Jewish community is a tradition for I.J. Morris, that is for
Fred, both professional and personal.
Fred
has been associated with I.J. Morris for over forty-four years in
all aspects of Funeral Directing. Twenty-two of those years were
spent at the Brooklyn Chapel of I. J. Morris, Fred has been the
manager of the Dix Hills Chapel for the past twenty-two years. And
has now added to his responsibilities the position of Director of
Public Relations.
Fred has been a member of the Suffolk Jewish Center for thirty years and Temple David of Commack for twenty years. He has served as a board member of many important organizations, such as the World Jewish Congress, the Suffolk Jewish Communal Planning Board and SAJES, the Suffolk Association of Jewish Education Services. He is a lifetime associate member of the Deer Park Chai Chapter of Hadassah and is active in O.R.T.
Fred resides in Deer Park with his wife, Marsha. They have three married children, Cherie and Jonathan, Robert and Debbie, and Alan and Rebecca. Fred and Marsha also have four grandchildren.
